Roasted cauliflower in an air fryer

Things you need

One big head of cauliflower

2 to 3 teaspoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon of salt

½ teaspoon of black pepper

1 teaspoon of paprika

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)

How to do it

Cut the cauliflower into medium-sized florets and take off the outer leaves.

Put the florets in a big bowl and drizzle olive oil on them.

Add onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until all of the florets are evenly coated.

Set the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) to warm it up.

Put the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cook for 14 to 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the food is golden brown and soft with crispy edges.

Take off and serve right away.

Choices for Serving

Add grated parmesan or lemon juice at the end.

You may serve it as a side dish or add it to bowls, wraps, or salads.
