Potato Wedges with Seasoning for the Air Fryer
Four medium-sized potatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of paprika
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
Optional: chili flakes or dried parsley
How to do it
Get the potatoes ready
Wash the potatoes and cut them into big wedges. For extra crispness, leave the skin on.
Time of year
Put the wedges in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Set the air fryer to preheat.
Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Cook
Put the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the outside is golden brown and crispy and the inside is soft.
Serve
Move to a bowl and, if you want, add parsley or chili flakes on top. Serve hot with your favorite dip, ketchup, or garlic sauce.
Advice
For the best crisping, don’t fill the basket too full.
Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 20 minutes to make them crunchier. Then, dry them well before seasoning.
