Beetroot & Lemon Wellness Juice
Refreshing, rich in antioxidants, and supportive for digestion.

 Ingredients
1 medium raw beetroot, peeled and chopped
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
1 small piece fresh ginger (1-inch)
1 cup cold water (or coconut water)
½ teaspoon chia seeds (optional, for fiber)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)

 Instructions

1️⃣

 Add chopped beetroot, lemon juice, ginger, and water to a blender.

2️⃣

 Blend until smooth.

3️⃣

 Strain if you prefer smoother juice (optional).

4️⃣

 Stir in chia seeds and honey if using.

5️⃣

 Serve immediately over ice.
