Turmeric, Cinnamon and Rosemary Herbal Tea
Ingredients
1 teaspoon grated fresh turmeric (or ½ teaspoon turmeric powder)
1 small cinnamon stick (or ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder)
1 small sprig fresh rosemary (about 1 teaspoon dried)
2 cups water
Pinch of black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
Bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil.
Add turmeric, cinnamon stick, rosemary, and black pepper.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
Add honey or lemon if desired.
Drink warm.
