Turmeric–Ginger Immunity Boost Paste
A concentrated natural blend you can take by the teaspoon. Anti-inflammatory, warming, and soothing.
Ingredients (Makes about 1 small jar / 10–14 servings)
2 tablespoons turmeric powder or 2 tablespoons freshly grated turmeric
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger (or 1 teaspoon ginger powder)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (Ceylon preferred)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3–4 tablespoons raw honey (enough to form a paste)
Pinch of black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
Add lemon juice and stir well.
Slowly add raw honey and mix until a thick paste forms.
(Adjust honey to reach a smooth, spoonable consistency.)
Transfer to a clean glass jar with lid.
How to Take
Take 1 teaspoon daily, preferably in the morning.
You can eat it directly or stir into warm (not hot) water or tea.
If starting gradually, take half a teaspoon for the first few days, then increase.
Storage
Store in the refrigerator.
Keeps fresh for about 2 weeks.
Stir before each use.
