2-Minute Fresh Strawberry Cloud
This is the fastest, freshest, and most elegant strawberry dessert you can make when you need something sweet right now. No cooking, no chilling, just pure strawberry joy.
Ingredients (per serving)
· 5-6 fresh strawberries, hulled
· 1 large scoop (½ cup) high-quality vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
· 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
· 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze or reduction (trust me!)
· A pinch of flaky sea salt
· Fresh mint leaf for garnish (optional)
The 2-Minute Method
- Slice (30 seconds): Quickly slice the strawberries. Leave some slices pretty for the top, and roughly chop a few for the base.
- Assemble (1 minute):
· Place the chopped strawberries in the bottom of a bowl or glass.
· Add the scoop of ice cream on top.
· Artfully arrange the strawberry slices against the side of the glass or over the top. - Drizzle & Finish (30 seconds): Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze. Add a tiny pinch of flaky salt right on top. Garnish with mint.
Why it works: The sweet berries, cold creamy ice cream, tangy balsamic, and salty finish create a perfect balance of flavors and textures that taste like you spent far more than 2 minutes.
