Creamy Cottage Cheese Veggie Dip (Healthy & Protein-Packed)
Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
1 ½ cups cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 small garlic clove (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives or green onions
2 tablespoons finely diced red bell pepper
2 tablespoons finely diced cucumber (seeds removed)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Pinch of paprika or chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
Blend for smooth texture
Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic to a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
(If you like texture, you can skip blending and just mix.)
Add veggies & herbs
Transfer to a bowl and stir in parsley, chives, bell pepper, and cucumber.
Season
Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
Chill
Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
