Ginger & Clove Wellness Drink
A simple traditional immune-support tea made with warming spices.
Note: This is a comforting herbal drink. It can support general wellness, but it’s not a cure for diseases.
Ingredients
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (or ½ teaspoon ground ginger)
4–5 whole cloves (or ¼ teaspoon ground cloves)
2 cups water
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
Boil the water in a small saucepan.
Add ginger and cloves.
Simmer on low for 10–15 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
Add honey and lemon if desired.
Drink warm.
