Fresh Celery Detox Drink
Ingredients
4–5 celery stalks (fresh, washed)
1 green apple (optional, for sweetness)
½ cucumber
Juice of ½ lemon
1–1½ cups cold water
1 tsp fresh ginger (optional, grated)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
Prep ingredients
Chop celery, apple, and cucumber into smaller pieces.
Blend
Add everything to a blender: celery, apple, cucumber, lemon juice, ginger, and water.
Blend until smooth.
Strain (optional)
For a smoother drink, strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
Skip this step if you prefer more fiber.
Serve
Pour over ice and drink immediately for best freshness.

Drink in the morning on an empty stomach for a “detox-style” routine
Keep it simple with just celery + water if you want a pure version
Add mint leaves for extra freshness
Store in the fridge up to 24 hours (shake before drinking)
