3-Ingredient Lemon Bars
🧾 Ingredients
1 box lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1 can (about 300–400 g) lemon pie filling
👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat & prep
    Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
    Grease or line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan
  2. Mix
    In a large bowl, combine:
    Lemon cake mix
    Eggs
    Lemon pie filling
    Stir until smooth and well blended (batter will be thick)
  3. Bake
    Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan
    Bake for 25–30 minutes, until set and lightly golden on top
  4. Cool & slice
    Let cool completely before cutting into bars
    🍽️ Optional Finishes
    Dust with powdered sugar
    Add a little lemon zest on top for extra zing
    Serve with whipped cream

    Don’t overbake—centers should stay slightly soft
    Chill in the fridge for cleaner slices
