Ingredients
For the pasta:
300g (10 oz) macaroni pasta
Water + salt (for boiling)
For the seafood:
1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
For the cheese sauce:
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 cups milk (warm)
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional, for depth)
Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
- Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the macaroni until al dente (slightly firm).
Drain and set aside. - Cook the seafood
In a pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and cooked through.
Add the lobster meat, stir gently, then remove from heat.
Set aside. - Make the cheese sauce
In a saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter.
Add flour and whisk continuously for 1–2 minutes to form a roux.
Slowly pour in warm milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
Add cream and cook until the sauce thickens.
Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
Add Dijon mustard (optional), salt, and pepper.
Mix until smooth and creamy. - Combine everything
Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce.
Fold in the shrimp and lobster mixture.
Mix gently so the seafood stays tender. - Assemble & bake
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, and Parmesan.
Sprinkle evenly over the top. - Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a crispy top. - Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley.
