Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli florets
1 chicken breast, sliced into thin pieces1 carrot, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)1 teaspoon cornstarch (mixed with
2 tbsp water)
2 tablespoons vegetable oilSalt and black pepper to taste

Prepare the ingredients:
Wash and cut the broccoli into small florets. Slice the chicken, carrot, and bell pepper.Cook the chicken:
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan or wok over medium heat.
Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Stir-fry the vegetables:In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Sauté the garlic for a few seconds, then add broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.Combine everything:Return the chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well.Thicken the sauce:Pour in the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens and coats everything nicely.Season and serve:Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, preferably with rice or noodles
