Sugar Free Condensed Milk

Here’s a super easy sugar-free condensed milk recipe with just 3 ingredients — creamy, delicious, and perfect for desserts 😋

🩷 Sugar-Free Condensed Milk (3 Ingredients)

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk (full-fat for best results)
  • 1/2 to 2/3 cup powdered sweetener (like stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Heat the milk
Pour the milk into a saucepan and place it over medium heat.
  2. Add sweetener
Stir in your sugar-free sweetener and mix well until dissolved.
  3. Simmer gently
Let it simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally so it doesn’t burn.
Cook for about 30–40 minutes until it reduces and thickens.
  4. Add butter
Stir in the butter at the end for a rich, smooth texture.
  5. Cool down
Remove from heat and let it cool — it will thicken more as it cools.

✅ Tips:

  • Don’t boil too hard — keep it on low heat for best texture
  • Stir often to avoid sticking or burning
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week

🍰 Uses:

  • Coffee & tea ☕
  • Cakes and desserts 🍰
  • Fruit salads 🍓 (perfect with your creamy fruit recipes!)

If you want, I can give you a no-cook version or make it with powdered milk (faster method) 😉
