🍓 🫐Dump & Bake French Toast Casserole🫐🍓
Ingredients
¾ loaf brioche (cut into cubes)
4 eggs
1 ½ cups half & half
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter (melted)
Powdered sugar
Fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
Maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut brioche into bite-sized cubes and spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, half & half, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
Pour the mixture evenly over the bread.
Gently press the bread down so it soaks it all up.
Drizzle melted butter over the top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set in the middle.
Dust with powdered sugar and top with fresh fruit.
Drizzle with maple syrup right before serving 🤍
