Homemade Chocochips Cookies (no fail)
These cookies are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, ideal for mate, coffee or to sell
Ingredients
100 g of soft butter
100g sugar (you can use half white and half blonde)
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
220 g of flour 0000
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Salt fish
150 gm of chocolate chips
👩 🍳 Preparation
I beat butter and sugar until I got a cream.
Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
Add flour, baking powder and salt. Bonded together without too much effort.
Add the chocolate chips and mix gently.
Form balls, place them on greased plate and crush them barely.
Bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes (do not dry them).
Let it cool: when you go out they are soft and harden a little later.
Tips that add up
For more flavour, use semi-dark chocolate.
If you want more crunch, leave them 1-2 more minutes.
You can freeze them raw and bake them when you need them. #fblifestyle #homecooking
