A simple traditional immune-support tea made with warming spices.

 Ingredients
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (or ½ teaspoon ground ginger)
4–5 whole cloves (or ¼ teaspoon ground cloves)
2 cups water
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

 Instructions

1️⃣

 Boil the water in a small saucepan.

2️⃣

 Add ginger and cloves.

3️⃣

 Simmer on low for 10–15 minutes.

4️⃣

 Strain into a cup.

5️⃣

 Add honey and lemon if desired.

 Drink warm.
