Simple Garlic Butter Cheese Bites
Golden on the outside, gooey on the inside — these little bites disappear fast!

 Ingredients
1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Pinch of salt

 Instructions

1️⃣

 Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣

 Fill
Separate biscuit dough and cut each biscuit in half.
Flatten slightly and place a cube of mozzarella in the center.
Wrap dough around cheese and pinch tightly to seal.
Roll into a ball and place seam-side down on baking sheet.

3️⃣

 Make Garlic Butter
Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt.

4️⃣

 Bake
Brush each dough ball generously with garlic butter.
Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.

5️⃣

 Serve
Brush with remaining garlic butter while hot.
Serve warm for maximum cheese pull!
