Tennessee Onions (Cheesy Baked Onions) Ingredients
3–4 large sweet onions (like Vidalia), sliced into rings
3 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Prep the Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish. - Layer the Onions
Separate onion slices into rings.
Spread them evenly in the baking dish. - Season
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. - Add Butter
Dot the onions with small pieces of butter. - Add Cheese
Sprinkle cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan evenly over the top. - Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
