Ingredients (serves 4–6)
2 cups cooked ham, diced
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp butter (for greasing)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional add-ins:
½ cup chopped spinach
¼ cup green onions

- Preheat & prep
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
Grease a baking dish with butter - Make the egg mixture
In a bowl, whisk together:
Eggs
Heavy cream
Cream cheese (mix until mostly smooth)
Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper - Assemble
Spread diced ham evenly in the baking dish
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the ham
Add any optional veggies
Pour the egg mixture over everything - Bake
Bake for 30–35 minutes, until set in the center and golden on top - Rest & serve
