Ingredients:
3-4 lb beef chuck roast
12 oz can Coca-Cola (regular, not diet)
1 oz packet onion soup mix
10.5 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Optional: 1 lb baby carrots, 1 lb baby potatoes (halved), 1 onion (sliced)
Optional: 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Prep & Sear (Optional but recommended): Season the roast with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet with oil for 3-4 minutes per side for deeper flavor.
Combine: Place the roast into the slow cooker. Arrange optional vegetables around it.
Add Sauce: In a bowl, mix the Coca-Cola, onion soup mix, and cream of mushroom soup together. Pour over the roast.
Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 8-9 hours or HIGH for 4-5 hours, until the meat is fork-tender.
Serve: Shred the beef with two forks and mix back into the gravy.
