🔹 Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower (cut into florets)
1 egg (or 2 egg whites for higher protein)
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
2–3 tbsp almond flour (low-carb coating)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp chili flakes (optional 🔥)
Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking spray or 1 tbsp olive oil

- Prep
Wash and dry cauliflower well (key for crispiness!)
- Coat
In a bowl, whisk egg
In another bowl, mix parmesan, almond flour, and spices
Dip cauliflower into egg → then coat in dry mix
- Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 200°C / 400°F
Arrange in a single layer
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway
