Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
- 1 can (400ml) chilled coconut cream
(Use only the thick part — refrigerate overnight) - 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1–2 tbsp powdered sweetener of choice
(Monk fruit, Stevia, or erythritol — adjust to taste)
Optional for “double chocolate” effect:
Add 1 tbsp sugar-free dark chocolate chips or melted 85% dark chocolate (cooled).

Chill & Prep
- Place your coconut cream in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Scoop out only the thick, solid cream from the top (discard the liquid water).

- Beat with a hand mixer (or whisk) until it becomes fluffy and smooth.
Make It Chocolatey

Chill & Serve
- Spoon into small dessert cups.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes for a firmer mousse (or enjoy right away!).
Topping Ideas (Optional)
- Sugar-free chocolate shavings
- Fresh raspberries or strawberries
- A sprinkle of sea salt for contrast
- Crushed nuts or cacao nibs
