3-Ingredient Oven-Baked Shrimp
Ingredients:
500 g frozen raw shrimp (peeled & deveined, tail on or off)
3 tablespoons melted butter (or olive oil)
1 packet dry Italian seasoning mix (or 1–2 teaspoons if using loose seasoning)
Instructions:
Preheat oven:
Set to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.
Prepare shrimp:
No need to fully thaw—just rinse frozen shrimp under cold water to separate them, then pat dry with paper towels.
Season:
Place shrimp in the baking dish.
Pour melted butter over them, then sprinkle the Italian seasoning evenly. Toss to coat.
Bake:
Arrange shrimp in a single layer.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until shrimp are pink, opaque, and cooked through.
Serve:
Serve hot with rice, pasta, salad, or crusty bread.
Tips:
Don’t overcook—shrimp become rubbery fast.
Add a squeeze of lemon or a pinch of chili flakes for extra flavor
Great over spaghetti, in tacos, or as a quick appetizer.
