Creamy Mandarin Orange Cream Bowl

I used to crave sweets… now I make this creamy Mandarin Orange Cream Bowl! Light, fluffy, and so delicious—you’ll love every bite. This creamy fruit salad, often called Mandarin Orange Salad or Orange Fluff, is a perfect combination of fruit, sweetness, and creamy goodness.

Key Ingredients:

  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream or whipped topping
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • Optional: shredded coconut for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the base: In a large bowl, mix the instant vanilla pudding with the whipped topping or whipped cream until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add fruit: Gently fold in the mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks.
  3. Mix in marshmallows: Add mini marshmallows and stir carefully to keep them fluffy.
  4. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
  5. Serve: Optionally, sprinkle shredded coconut on top before serving.

Tips:

  • For extra fluffiness, whip your cream until stiff peaks form before folding into the pudding.
