Air Fryer Baked Potatoes (Crispy Outside, Fluffy Inside)
“Simple Ingredients, Amazing Taste!”
Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes (Russet or any baking potato)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter (for topping)
Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Directions:
Wash and scrub the potatoes well, then pat dry with a towel.
Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd).
Cook at 380°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Check by poking with a fork — they should be soft inside and crispy outside.
Cut a slit down the middle, fluff the insides with a fork, add butter, salt, pepper, and herbs.
Serve hot and enjoy that crispy skin and fluffy center!
Optional Add-Ons:
Add cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, or spring onions for a loaded version
Sprinkle a little garlic butter for extra flavor.
