Creamy Ranch Chicken (Crockpot) Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz / 28 g)
1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) cream of chicken soup
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Optional:
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions Instructions
- Add to Crockpot
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the top. - Add Creamy Ingredients
Add:
cream of chicken soup
cream cheese (cut into chunks)
chicken broth
black pepper
garlic powder - Cook
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours - Shred & Mix
Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
Return shredded chicken to the crockpot.
Stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. - Finish
Stir in cheddar cheese (if using) until melted.
