Cream Cheese Custard Bars (Two-Layered Dream) Ingredients
For the crust:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup (170 g) butter, softened
For the cream cheese custard layer:
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- Prepare the Crust
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix flour and powdered sugar.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Press mixture firmly into a greased or lined 9×13-inch baking pan.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden. - Make the Custard Layer
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each.
Stir in milk, vanilla, and flour until smooth and creamy. - Assemble & Bake
Pour custard mixture over the warm crust.
Return to oven and bake for 30–35 minutes, until center is set. - Cool & Serve
Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Dust with powdered sugar before slicing into bars.Tips for Best Results
