Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini work best)
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded or diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until creamy.
- Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce and mix well.
- Pour everything into a greased baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly with golden cheese on top.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Tips
- Add broccoli or spinach for extra flavor.
- Use rotisserie chicken to save even more time.
