Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini work best)
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until creamy.
  5. Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce and mix well.
  6. Pour everything into a greased baking dish.
  7. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly with golden cheese on top.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Tips

  • Add broccoli or spinach for extra flavor.
  • Use rotisserie chicken to save even more time.
  • Delicious with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
