Creamy Loaded Nacho Beef & Shells

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel (undrained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce (like Tostitos or similar)
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning (optional but recommended)
  • 8 oz pasta (shells, cooked separately)

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, drain.
  2. Add beef, beef broth, Rotel, cream cheese, heavy cream, nacho cheese sauce, and taco seasoning to crockpot.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 1–1½ hours, stirring halfway, until everything is melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in shredded cheddar until fully melted.
  5. Add cooked pasta and mix until fully coated.
  6. Let sit 5–10 minutes to thicken before serving.
