Creamy Loaded Nacho Beef & Shells
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs ground beef
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel (undrained)
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce (like Tostitos or similar)
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp taco seasoning (optional but recommended)
- 8 oz pasta (shells, cooked separately)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef, drain.
- Add beef, beef broth, Rotel, cream cheese, heavy cream, nacho cheese sauce, and taco seasoning to crockpot.
- Cook on HIGH for 1–1½ hours, stirring halfway, until everything is melted and smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar until fully melted.
- Add cooked pasta and mix until fully coated.
- Let sit 5–10 minutes to thicken before serving.
