These Potatoes Are Better Than Pizza!
Ingredients
6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Grease a baking dish or skillet with a little oil or butter.
Heat butter in a pan and sauté the onion until soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
In a large bowl, mix the sliced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Layer half of the potatoes in the baking dish. Add some onion mixture and a handful of cheese.
Repeat with the remaining potatoes and top with the rest of the cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden, crispy, and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Tips
Slice potatoes thinly so they cook evenly.
For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
Serve with ketchup, garlic sauce, or a fresh salad.
