Flatbreads made at home with parsley and chili flakes

These homemade  flatbreads are soft, tasty, and great for any meal. By adding a little parsley and  chili flakes, they bring a burst of flavor that goes great with lots of different foods.

500 grams (equivalent to 1 pound) of flour.

150 milliliters (equivalent to 5 fluid ounces) of milk that is warm.

150 milliliters (equivalent to 5 fluid ounces) of lukewarm water.

1 teaspoon of salt

2 tablespoons of dried yeast

3 tablespoons of olive oil (and extra for brushing)

Cut parsley

Red pepper flakes
