Ingredients:
- 300g broccoli florets
- 300g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the broccoli and cut into florets. Slice the mushrooms and mince the garlic if using. - Heat the Oil
Warm 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. - Sauté the Garlic (Optional)
If using garlic, add it to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant, taking care not to let it burn. - Cook the Broccoli
Add the broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until it starts to soften but retains its bright green color. - Add Mushrooms
Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 4–5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mushrooms are tender and the broccoli is cooked through. - Season the Dish
Drizzle soy sauce over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated. - Finish Cooking
Allow the flavors to combine by cooking for an additional 1–2 minutes. - Serve and Garnish
Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired and serve immediately.
