Pork Chop Marinades (Freezer-Friendly)

Recipes:

Teriyaki Marinade:

  • 2 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Italian Balsamic Marinade:

  • 2 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1.5 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Steakhouse Marinade:

  • 2 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Montreal Steak Seasoning

BBQ Marinade:

  • 2 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 2 teaspoons BBQ seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Garlic & Herb Marinade:

  • 2 pork chops
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade:
    Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well blended.
  2. Marinate the Pork Chops:
    Place the pork chops in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring all sides are evenly coated.
  3. Refrigerate or Freeze:
    • Cover and refrigerate for 2-18 hours to marinate.
    • Alternatively, seal the container or bag and freeze the pork chops with the marinade for up to 3 months.

Tip: Thaw frozen pork chops overnight in the refrigerator before cooking.
