VIRAL PROTEIN SALAD

This one’s about to take over your meal prep — fresh, crunchy, and packed with protein!

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked shredded chicken (or canned)

½ cup cottage cheese (creamy + protein boost)

1 boiled egg, chopped

¼ cup diced cucumber

¼ cup chopped pickles or jalapeños (for that zing!)

1 tbsp light mayo or Greek yogurt

Dash of garlic powder, salt & pepper

Optional: sprinkle of shredded cheese or everything bagel seasoning

Instructions:

Mix everything together in a bowl until creamy and well-coated.

Chill for 15 minutes and enjoy as a dip, on lettuce wraps, or straight from the bowl!
