Everything Bagel Bits (Low-Carb & Cheesy)
These bite-sized bagel snacks are soft inside, golden outside, and loaded with everything seasoning. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dipping!
Ingredients
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz cream cheese
1 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 large egg
1 tablespoon Everything Bagel seasoning (plus extra for topping)
1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions
Preheat
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the Cheese
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese.
Microwave 30 seconds, stir, then another 30 seconds until fully melted and smooth.
Make the Dough
Stir almond flour and baking powder into the melted cheese.
Add egg and 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel seasoning.
Mix until a dough forms (knead with hands if needed).
Shape
Roll dough into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
Place on baking sheet.
Brush tops with melted butter.
Sprinkle extra Everything Bagel seasoning on top.
Bake
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
Optional Add-Ins
Add diced cheddar cubes inside for cheesy centers
Add jalapeños for spice
Mix in cooked bacon bits
Add extra garlic powder for stronger flavor
