Ingredients:
- 4 thick pork chops (1 inch thick)
- 4 tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly oil a large baking pan and place the pork chops inside.
Step 2:
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar evenly over each pork chop. Top each chop with a square tablespoon of butter.
Step 3:
Drizzle the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over the pork chops. Cover the pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 40 minutes.
Step 4:
After 40 minutes, remove the foil and return the pan to the oven. Continue baking uncovered for an additional 20 minutes, or until the pork chops turn a golden brown.
