Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Recipe

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions:

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Step 3:
Open the biscuit dough can and separate it into individual pieces. Flatten each biscuit into a round shape.

Step 4:
Spoon a generous amount of the beef and cheese mixture onto the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal.

Step 5:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the tops of the sealed bombs.

Step 6:
Place the cheeseburger bombs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 7:
Allow the bombs to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for added flavor and presentation.

Tips and Variations:

  • Add cooked bacon bits to the filling for a smoky twist.
  • Swap cheddar cheese for mozzarella or pepper jack for different flavor profiles.
  • Mix in a splash of Worcestershire or hot sauce for an extra kick.
  • Serve with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
  • Use crescent roll dough as an alternative to biscuit dough for a flakier texture.

These cheesy, savory treats are perfect for parties, snacks, or even dinner!
