Joe’s Crab Shack Crab Dip

A rich, creamy, and flavorful crab dip that’s perfect for parties, game nights, or a seafood-themed appetizer! Serve it warm with crackers, toasted bread, or veggies.


Ingredients:

2 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1 tbsp butter, softened
¼ tsp seasoning salt
⅛ tsp paprika
4 tsp minced onion
½ cup lump crab meat, drained and flaked (optional but recommended)
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack, optional for extra richness)


Instructions:

1️⃣ Mix the Base

🧈 In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and butter until smooth.

2️⃣ Season & Add Flavors

🧂 Stir in seasoning salt, paprika, and minced onion.
🦀 If using crab meat, gently fold it in to keep the lumps intact.

3️⃣ Heat the Dip
