Pork Chop Marinades (Freezer-Friendly)

- 2 teaspoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
BBQ Marinade:
- 2 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 2 teaspoons BBQ seasoning
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Garlic & Herb Marinade:
- 2 pork chops
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Prepare the Marinade:
Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well blended. - Marinate the Pork Chops:
Place the pork chops in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring all sides are evenly coated. - Refrigerate or Freeze:
- Cover and refrigerate for 2-18 hours to marinate.
- Alternatively, seal the container or bag and freeze the pork chops with the marinade for up to 3 months.
Tip: Thaw frozen pork chops overnight in the refrigerator before cooking.
