12 oz rotini pasta
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

🍝 Boil rotini in salted water until al dente (about 10–12 minutes).
💦 Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Steak Bites

🥩 Season steak bites with salt and pepper.

👨‍🍳 Sear steak 2–3 minutes per side until browned and medium-rare.
🧄 Add minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
🍽 Remove from skillet and set aside.

3️⃣ Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce

🧈 In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
🧄 Add minced garlic, cooking for 1 minute.
🥛 Pour in heavy cream and Italian seasoning, stirring constantly.
🧀 Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted & creamy.
🧂 Season with salt & pepper to taste.

4️⃣ Combine Everything

💧 If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time.

🍽 Plate the pasta and steak bites.
🌿 Garnish with chopped parsley & extra Parmesan if desired.

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins
🍽 Servings: 4

Tasty Variations:

🔥 Spicy Kick – Add red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
🍄 Mushroom Lover’s – Sauté sliced mushrooms with the garlic for extra depth.
🌿 Lighter Version – Swap heavy cream for half-and-half.
🧄 Roasted Garlic Twist – Use roasted garlic instead of fresh for a sweeter, mellow flavor.

Tips for the Best Steak & Pasta:

For extra juicy steak, let it rest 5 minutes before adding it back to the pasta.
Use fresh Parmesan – It melts better than pre-grated versions.
Want a crispy touch? Top with toasted breadcrumbs for a little crunch!
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days (reheat with a splash of cream or milk).

This dish is pure comfort food—rich, garlicky, and absolutely satisfying! 🥩🍝🧄
