Ingredients

  • 8 canned buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage, breaking it into small pieces, until fully browned.
  3. Prepare Biscuits: Flatten each biscuit slightly with a rolling pin or your hands. Place about 1 tablespoon of cooked sausage and a small amount of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each.
  4. Seal Biscuits: Wrap the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching the edges securely to seal.
  5. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the filled biscuits seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  7. Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
