225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
¼ cup (50 g) butter, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4–5 Snickers bars, chopped
½ cup mini chocolate chips
For the coating:
½ cup chopped Snickers
½ cup chopped pecans or peanuts
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
For topping:

- Make the creamy base
In a large bowl, beat together:
Cream cheese
Butter
Powdered sugar
Brown sugar
Vanilla
Mix until smooth and fluffy - Fold in the mix-ins
Gently stir in:
Chopped Snickers
Mini chocolate chips - Shape and chill
Scoop mixture onto plastic wrap
Shape into a ball
Wrap tightly and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm - Coat the cheese ball
Roll the chilled ball in:
Chopped Snickers
Nuts
Chocolate chips
Press gently so everything sticks evenly - Finish with caramel
