3-Ingredient Zero-Point WW Pancakes 🥞
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana (the spottier, the sweeter)
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ tsp cinnamon or vanilla extract
Instructions
- Peel the banana and place it in a bowl. Mash until very smooth.
- Add the eggs and cinnamon (or vanilla). Whisk until fully combined into a batter.
- Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium-low heat. Lightly coat with cooking spray if needed.
- Pour small circles of batter (about 2 tablespoons each) onto the pan. These cook best as small pancakes.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes until the edges set and bottoms are golden.
- Carefully flip and cook another 1 minute on the other side.
- Serve warm.
Tips for Success
- Keep pancakes small—they flip more easily.
- Use low to medium-low heat so they cook through without burning.
- If batter feels too thin, let it rest 1 minute.
Freezer Instructions
- Cool completely.
- Layer between parchment paper and freeze in a sealed bag/container.
- Reheat in toaster or microwave.
Optional Toppings
Fresh berries, sugar-free syrup, Greek yogurt, peanut butter powder, or extra cinnamon.
