Instructions

1. Prepare Custard

  1. Mix custard powder with 1/2 cup cold milk.
  2. Heat remaining milk with sugar.
  3. Add custard mixture and stir until thick.
  4. Add vanilla and let cool.

2. Prepare Jelly

  1. Dissolve jelly powder in hot water.
  2. Add cold water.
  3. Let cool slightly (do not set fully).

3. Assemble Dessert

  1. Put cake cubes at bottom of glass bowl.
  2. Sprinkle juice or milk over cake.
  3. Add some chopped fruits.
  4. Pour cooled custard layer on top.
  5. Add more fruits around edges.
  6. Pour jelly mixture carefully on top.

4. Chill

  • Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until fully set.
