Country-Style Ham Salad (Creamy, Tangy & Classic)
Ingredients
3 cups cooked ham, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 celery stalk, finely diced
2 tbsp onion, finely minced
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped (optional)
Black pepper, to taste
Paprika for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Ham
Finely chop the ham by hand or pulse briefly in a food processor for a spreadable texture.
Mix the Dressing
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, pickle relish, and mustard.
Add Remaining Ingredients
Stir in ham, celery, onion, and chopped egg if using.
Season
Add black pepper to taste. Mix until creamy and well combined.
Chill
