Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken with Creamy Parmesan Pasta 🍋🧄🍝

Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine, linguine, or penne)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions.
Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Chicken

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.

Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
Cook for 1 minute while spooning the garlic butter over the chicken.

Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley.
Remove chicken and set aside.

3. Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream.
Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Whisk until smooth and creamy.

4. Combine

Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until coated.

Slice the chicken and place on top of the pasta.
Garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley.

Optional Add-Ins

  • Spinach
  • Mushrooms
  • Broccoli
  • Red pepper flakes for heat

Serve warm with garlic bread or a fresh salad 😋
