Zero Carb Carnivore Bread

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, separated
  • 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for extra richness)

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).
    Line a loaf pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the eggs into two bowls.
  3. In the bowl with the yolks, beat together:
    • cream cheese
    • salt
    • melted butter
      until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add cream of tartar to the egg whites.
    Beat with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the egg white mixture into the yolk mixture a little at a time.
    Do not overmix or the bread will lose its fluffiness.
  6. Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30–40 minutes until golden brown and firm.
  8. Let cool completely before slicing.

Tips

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Toast slices in butter for the best texture.
  • Great for sandwiches, burgers, or grilled cheese on a carnivore/keto diet.
