This Fluffy Japanese Cotton Cheesecake is pure heaven 😍☁️
Soft, jiggly, creamy, and lighter than any cheesecake I’ve ever tasted! The top turns beautifully golden while the inside stays melt-in-your-mouth smooth. Every bite feels like eating a sweet cloud ✨
I made this once and my family kept sneaking slices straight from the fridge all night 😂 It looks bakery-quality but is surprisingly simple to make at home. The secret is gently folding the whipped egg whites and baking it slowly in a water bath for that signature airy texture.
Perfect for birthdays, holidays, coffee time, or when you just want a dessert that impresses everyone without needing fancy ingredients ❤️
Trust me… once you try this homemade Japanese cheesecake, regular cheesecake will never taste the same again 🤤🍰
