Snickers Cheesecake Cheese Ball with Caramel Drizzle

Ingredients
For the cheese ball:
225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
¼ cup (50 g) butter, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4–5 Snickers bars, chopped
½ cup mini chocolate chips
For the coating:
½ cup chopped Snickers
½ cup chopped pecans or peanuts
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
For topping:
¼ cup caramel sauce (for drizzle)

  1. Make the creamy base
    In a large bowl, beat together:
    Cream cheese
    Butter
    Powdered sugar
    Brown sugar
    Vanilla
    Mix until smooth and fluffy
  2. Fold in the mix-ins
    Gently stir in:
    Chopped Snickers
    Mini chocolate chips
  3. Shape and chill
    Scoop mixture onto plastic wrap
    Shape into a ball
    Wrap tightly and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm
  4. Coat the cheese ball
    Roll the chilled ball in:
    Chopped Snickers
    Nuts
    Chocolate chips
    Press gently so everything sticks evenly
  5. Finish with caramel
    Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the top just before serving

    Apple slices
    Vanilla wafers
    Pretzels (great sweet & salty combo!)
    💡 Tips
    Chill well for clean shaping
    Let sit 10 minutes before serving for easier spreading
    Add extra caramel and chocolate drizzle for that “wow” look 🤤
