Delicious Tart with a Simple 2-Ingredient Pastry

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup heavy cream
For the Filling
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

 Prepare the dough
In a bowl, mix the flour and heavy cream until a soft dough forms. Knead it lightly until smooth.

2️⃣

 Shape the crust
Roll out the dough and place it into a tart pan. Press it into the bottom and sides, then prick the base with a fork.

3️⃣

 Prepare the filling
In another bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until well combined. Add the milk, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and cream, then mix until smooth.

4️⃣

 Assemble the tart
Pour the filling over the prepared crust.

5️⃣

 Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is set.
